Youth Job Center of Evanston: Our founder Nicole Dessain is on the Advisory Board of this non-profit that dedicates its efforts to preparing youth, ages 14-25, for success in the workplace through job-readiness, job-placement and employment support in partnership with employers.
i.c. stars: This non-profit provides a rigorous technology-based workforce development and leadership training program for low-income adults, developing Chicagoland’s most promising information technology talent with leadership goals and connecting them with career opportunities through social enterprise and partner organizations. Our founder Nicole Dessain was privileged to share her leadership insights with the emerging “stars” of the program (group picture on the left).
