Client Case story: Employee engagement ACTION PLANNING
career DEVELOPMENT meets design thinking
Our (virtual) Career Design workshop addresses the need for organizations to help employees (from recent grads to seasoned professionals, and even people you had to lay off) take charge of their own career development by adopting design thinking methods and mindsets.
The two-hour workshop is based on scientific concepts incubated at Stanford d.School and other proven peer co-creation methods. It can be tailored to any audience and organizational context.
We also offer a leadership companion workshop where we empower leaders to support their employees on their career design journey.
Inclusion Solution Teams
You’ve surveyed your employees about the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion at your organization. Now, what? Do you really understand “the why” behind the data you collected? How will you act on the results? Our humble opinion: You need to dig deeper and solution in co-creation with your employees.
Meet our six week Inclusion Solution Cohort approach. We’ll work with you to identify the themes you want to address and guide an employee team from problem discovery to solution concept validation.
