In this series, our founder Nicole Dessain interviews leaders who have pioneered design thinking as a method and a mindset to reinvigorate their people processes.

In this episode, we are joined by Change Healthcare’s Ashley Eisenberg (Sr. Director Program Management, People Solutions) and Rachel Franco (Program Designer - Innovation Framework).

How it Works

Nicole will interview Ashley and Rachel for 20 minutes. We then will open it up to 10 minutes of questions from the audience. We will conduct this live interview on Zoom. Log in information will be sent to you from Eventbrite 1hr prior to the event. Please ensure your firewall accepts Eventbrite messages.

The recordings will be made available on talent.imperative's Blog, YouTube channel and as a Podcast.
